Training for New Agents - United Realty Group's Mentorship Program

United Realty Group's Mentorship Program provides training for new agents, as well as agents that have not been active for some time and may need a bit of brushing up.

Here is how it works:

Upon obtaining a new listing or buyer, you will be assigned to one of our Agent Mentors. Your mentor will work the transaction with you every step of the way, from the Pre-Listing Agreement/Pre-Offer stage all the way to closing. This is done through one-on-one webinars with your mentor, at various stages of the transaction process. This way you are able to take advantage of our Mentorship Program and training, regardless of your location in California, from the comfort of your own home or place of business.

Your mentor will explain the real estate transaction process step by step, show you how to complete offers, listing agreements, disclosures, addendums, and give advice on working with clients. Your mentor will also be there to help and provide guidance, should you encounter any unexpected problems throughout the transaction process. You will graduate the Mentorship Program after completing 3 transactions with your mentor and, at this point, should be comfortable and well versed with the transaction process. If, after 3 transactions, you feel the need to continue your enrollment in the Mentorship Program, you are welcome to remain in it as long as you wish. Broker Support will, of course, always be available during and after your time in the Mentorship Program. An additional transaction fee may apply for transactions completed under the Mentorship Program.
